What are the visa requirements for visiting Uganda?

Those who wish to enjoy visiting Uganda need to take into consideration that they need a visa once they arrive in the country. Since July 2015, citizens coming from all over the world can get a visa upon arrival in Uganda. The fee attached to the procedure is $100. There are situations in which the permit may be granted by a private visa service specialist who is authorized to release such documents. Similar agencies are given authorization by the foreign country to represent travelers who cannot apply in person at the embassy. An alternative would be getting the visa from one of the Ugandan diplomatic missions. One of the important aspects that need to be considered by travelers when visiting Uganda is the validity of the passport. So, remember that it should be valid for at least six months. When traveling to Uganda, the visa will be canceled as soon as the visitor leaves the country if it was a single entry. There are various entry alternatives including double-entry, multiple-entry and re-entry policies that allow multiple visits without the immediate cancelation of the permit. For the East-African tourists, there’s a 90-day tourist visa, available for citizens of Rwanda and Kenya travelling for many issues like gorilla tracking , Uganda safaris, birding safaris, cultural safaris, chimpanzee safaris and many more
