TH-Birding 8 Days: Uganda Birding Safari
Lake Victoria Entebbe, Lake Mburo, Mpanga Forest, Queen Elizabeth, Masaka Ramsa Sites.
Day 1 : Airport - Ebtebbe
Meet at the Airport dinner and overnight in Entebbe.
Day 2: Lake Victoria : Entebbe
After early breakfast, do birding along shores of Lake Victoria, Botanical gardens. Afternoon visit Lutembe Beach. Dinner and overnight in Entebbe Windsor Lake Victoria/Sophie's motel.
Day 3 : Mpanga Forest
After breakfast drive to Mpanga Natural Forest, birding in this forest to watch Ross' Turaco, Weaver birds, Grey Parrot, Owls, Hornbills, Cuckoos many butterflies before proceeding to Lake Mburo. Dinner and overnight at Mantana luxury camp, Mhingo lodge or Rwonyo camp.
Day 4 : Lake Mburo national park
After breakfast drive, carryout game drive while birding tour seeing Red, Black and Yellow Papyrus Gonolek or take boat ride on one the lakes looking for species like the Brown Chested Plover, Red Faced Barbet, after lunch drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Dinner and overnight at Mweya safari Lodge/ Jacana Safari lodge or hostel.
Day 5 : Queen Elizabeth national park
Morning birding while carrying game drives and afternoon boat cruise on Kazinga Channel. Queen Elizabeth is Mecca or birders with about 600 species. You will enjoy a lot of wildlife seeing and bird watching.
Day 6: Queen Elizabeth national park
Whole day birding in Queen Elizabeth and overnight Or drive to Masaka or Mbarara towns where you will spend the night.
Day 7 :Masaka
Bird in Masaka around Ramsar sites Nabajuzi and Kaku that have been identified as important bird areas (IBAs) looking for water logged swamp species. Drive to Kampala and overnight.
Day 8: Enebbe Airport
Day for airport transfer.

Accommodation:
Accommodation available can be grouped as upmarket, medium class and low cost budget accommodation facilities. We use luxury, medium and low cost budget facilities depending on your choice and budget. However in few cases, upmarket facilities may not be available and medium facilities have been used where medium facilities are not available we use low cost budget facilities.
