Day 1: Kampala - Jinja
You will be met by our driver /guide at your hotel In Kampala who will drive you to Jinja. Rafting is OPTIONAL AT $125 per person.People to raft will top rafting fees payable together at the time of safari booking.If not rafting will then tour source of the Nile and other points of interest. Drive back to Kampala for overnight.
Day 2: Kampala - city tour- Kibale Forest National Park.
Short morning tour of Kampala City, highlights including the bustling Nakasero market with a lot of fresh fruits display and the mysterious Kasubi tombs - a burial ground for Buganda Kings. Visit Uganda Museum a display of all Uganda cultures National Theatre centre for art crafts shops. After lunch drive through the lush green countryside on Mityana-Mubende road to Fort portal stopping at some coffee holdings tea plantations and open swamp valleys. Dinner and overnight at Ndali lodge or Fort Motel or Toro resort.
Day 3: Kibale Forest - Chimp tracking
After an early breakfast, with local guides trek chimps Kibale National Park in their natural habitat nestled in the shadows of the Rwenzori Mountains (the famed mist shrouded "Mountains of the Moon") Kibale Forest is rich in animal life, including an astonishing 12 species of primates have been recorded, the very localized red colobus and L'Hoest's monkeys. Tracking the chimpanzee our 'cousin' is a very interesting experience. The way they feed, climb trees, respond to humans, caring for their young ones leaves an imaginative dream to tell.
In the afternoon visit the surrounding- Bigodi swamp for birding or enjoy unique view of crater lakes and other volcanic features. Drive to Fort Portal town and overnight at Rwenzori View Guest House or Travelers Inn (these provide mid range clean facilities) dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Kibale Forest/Fort Portal town - Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast depart at your leisure for Queen Elizabeth National arrive in time for Boat cruise on Kazinga Channel. Or visit the crater area and enjoy volcanic features. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge or Institute of Ecology Hostel.
Day 5: Queen Elizabeth National Park
This park is one of the most outstanding treasures of Uganda, and has been designated a Biosphere Reserve for Humanity under UNESCO auspices. It borders on Lake George and Lake Edward as well as Kazinga Channel in the western area of the Great Rift Valley escarpment.
The day begins with an early game drive. There are variety of animals like; lions, buffaloes, elephants, kobs, bushbucks and the rare leopards. Over 500 bird species have been identified here, making it a Mecca for bird-watchers. They include the black bee-eater, 11 different species of kingfisher and several falcons, eagles and other raptors. Take a 2-hour launch cruise on the Kazinga channel in the afternoon. This waterway joins Lakes Edward and George and it is filled with schools of hippos, buffaloes with elephants at the banks. Retire to your accommodation for dinner and over night. (FB) Evening will be at your leisure.
Day 6: Queen Elizabeth National Park - Kabale Lake Bunyonyi
You will take an early morning game drive giving you chance to view early risers- lions, leopard and hyenas. Explore more chances of viewing other species of game you may not have sighted yet and retire to your accommodation for late breakfast. With packed lunch leave this interesting part of the world to Kabale. Arrive in the evening at Kabale and proceed to dramatically scenic Lake Bunyonyi. Overnight at Bunyonyi Safari Resort or Overland camp.
Day7 Kabale - Rwanda
Morning take a boat ride on Lake Bunyonyi to the Islands seeing a different bird species and other local community activities. Enjoy the undulating hills that make a beautiful scenery part of this country once known as the Switzerland of Africa. After early lunch cross border to Uganda -Rwanda boarder at Katuna and drive Ruhengeri via Kigali to overnight at Kinigi Hotel.

Day 8 Parc de Volcanos National Park
After breakfast with packed lunch you will be driven to the park headquarters where the local guides will lead you to the very family you will track gorillas. Track gorillas seeing a variety of other fauna. The time taken and the terrain vary according to the movement of these gentle giants. The thrill of meeting them face-to-face takes away the pain of some times long and arduous trek. Enjoy a close view of these primates as they undergo their daily activities. you will particularly enjoy the young ones as swing from branch to branch while the sliver back patrols to ensure the safety of the entire family. Cross border to Uganda and overnight at tourists Hotel, Heritage Guesthouse or Travellers rest hotel in Kisoro town.
Day 9 Kisoro - Kampala
After Breakfast drive to Kampala with lunch stop on the way. Stopover on your way could be in Ankole grassland where long horned cattle are common sight. Continue southwards stopping at Mpambire in Mpigi an art and craft center where drum making technology has been passed on from generation to generation. Check in at Serena Hotel or Sheraton Hotel or Hotel Africana or Holiday Express Hotel dinner and overnight.
Day 10 Airport Transfer
If time allows, visit Botanical gardens before transfer to the airport for your homebound flight.

We offer set departure dates for the above scheduled programs LEAVING FROM KAMPALA OR KIGALI ON THE SPECIFIC DATES MENTIONED.These are fixed for groups who would like to join other people traveling on these tours.
Where gorilla tracking is involved, this will depend on the availability of gorilla permits at the time of booking. Because of the scarcity of gorilla permits, our programs have been standardized to allow tracking in either Bwindi or Mgahinga parks or Rwanda – De Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda. However tracking Rwanda (Park Volcanoes) this will need a top up of permits, visa entry, accommodation and border crossing fees.
Clients IN GROUP departures will using Medium facilities/ budget facilities.
Safaris cutting accross x-mas and end of year dates will be subjected to supplements.

Tour minimum numbers of people are 4 people. Each person will be communicated the standing number of persons to join and how many are confirmed for the trip.
Clients on working visits in the country stand to exploit this chance for our affordable tours and safaris.
Accommodation
In terms of accommodation the price quote given is based on the Mid and budget options rate accommodation facilities. The budget type of accommodation is in rest camps or bandas- which are African small medium houses separate from each other and may be or may not necessarily be self contained, while in other cases it will be in hostels like at Queen Elizabeth National Park or in budget hotels. In most cases these are simple accommodation units but with clean facilities. Meals can either be served from canteens in some cases or in the Dinning rooms.
Included in the Cost
The costs given above include accommodation and meals on full board basis while on safari, 1 gorilla permit and 1 or 2 chimp tracking permits per person where mentioned, 1 boat cruise on River Nile in Murchison Falls National Park and another launch cruise on Kazinga channel in Queen Elizabeth National park also where mentioned, game drives and park entrance fees.
Cost Excludes
The cost excludes airport transfers and accommodation in Kampala/Kigali. However, airport transfers and accommodation while in Kampala (before and after the safari) can be arranged for you on request. The cost also does not cover drinks, souvenirs, tips, and all other expenses of personal nature. Our trips usually begin at 7.00am from Kampala/ we can pick you at your hotel and end in Kampala. However, pick up from any other place can be arranged on request.
Deposit.
A total of 40% will be deposited or at least costs to pay for gorilla permit fees to confirm the safari .The Balance will be paid 30 days to safari date. Payments will be done by sending funds by Telegraphic Transfer (wire) method to our bank Account details communicated upon confirmation. We now accept VISA CREDIT CARDS so payment can also be done by this
