Lake Mburo National Park
Lake Mburo National Park is situated along the Kampala –Mbarara
highway. It has dotted acacia trees and numerous lakes surrounded by swamps
providing habitat for water logged bird species and wild game.
Impala, Zebras, Buffaloes, Topis and Kiplisinger are common
sight in this park. A boat ride combined with a game drive
will yield best results. Birders can record highest number
of water logged species. This park can be done in 1 day’s
excursion.
